The standard turnaround time for custom label orders is 5 business days, depending on the complexity and quantity of the order. Please note that the turnaround time will only begin after you approve the final proof. If you need your order sooner, rush options may be available for an additional fee.

While we do not have a minimum order quantity, we do have a minimum order price of $200. This ensures we can meet the quality and service standards we provide for every custom label order.

Yes, we provide discounts for bulk orders. Any order exceeding 200,000 labels qualifies as a bulk order, and we offer special pricing. Please contact us to get a custom quote based on your specific order size and requirements.

If there is an issue with your order, such as defects in the printing or damage during shipping, we offer refunds or replacements. However, please note that any problems resulting from the file you provided (e.g., low resolution, incorrect design elements) will not be covered. Once you have approved the final proof, we proceed with production, and any errors related to the submitted file will be the client's responsibility. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to resolve any issues.
